What it this?
Payment holds can occur if you’re sending money from a new account to a older account. It can also occur if your account does not have a history of sending a huge sum of money. This is a simple workaround for the 21 day hold. It can also interestingly prevent PayPal Chargebacks losses as you’re using a new account. Do note that this requires ‘Personal Payments’ to be enabled on your Paypal account. Else this will not work.
