Cancellation/Refund Policy

Effective as of Jan 09, 2019

Quarterly and Yearly membership fees are non-refundable and are charged automatically on each renewal date (i.e. Quarterly) until you cancel. You may cancel at any time during the month. Upon cancellation, your Membership will persist until your Membership expires.

1. REFUND POLICY FOR MEMBERSHIP

Our membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE with one exception. You encountered technical difficulties, whether it be unable to download files or view files. Please contact us through ‘Leave a Message’ on the bottom right corner and we will work with you to solve the problem. Only when the problem cannot be solved, we will refund you.

IMPORTANT: YOU MUST PROVIDE VIDEO PROOF ON YOUR END TO SHOW THAT YOU’RE UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD/VIEW THE FILES!
We will not accept refund requests for reasons, but not limited to, below:
  • This course isn’t what I expected
  • Not able to get what you want (NOTE: This is a membership website, you are purchasing a membership and not a particular product)
  • Account Cancellation due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Negligence (ie: Failure to read quarterly/annual charges, it’s all on the payment plan. Please read before purchasing)
